At Uproot Cleaner Pro, we offer a hassle-free 60-day return window. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a refund, we’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase to process your request.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, reach out to us at help@uprootcleanerpro.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label along with detailed instructions on where to send the item. Please note, any items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find any issues such as damage or receiving the wrong item, let us know immediately. We’ll make sure to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable Items
Some products are not eligible for returns. These include perishable goods (like food, plants, etc.), custom or personalized orders, and certain personal care items. Exchanges
If you need to swap an item, the easiest way is to return the unwanted product, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
